Saraswati is the goddess of learning, wisdom and ultimate self-realization. She blesses us with creativity and artistic skills. Her form is beautiful. She is as fair as a white lily, clad in white garments to symbolize utmost purity and seated on a white lotus, which represents transcendence. Saraswati blesses Her devotees with long life and health. She inspires gracious thoughts and sweet speech.

Saraswati’s pearl mala is Prasad (blessed by Amma). She is wearing a rhinestone crown. She is holding the vedas and a japa mala in her hands, as well as a hand carved wooden sitar (traditional Indian string Instrument).
